mmm.... there is foreshortening in the arms. The legs may be just a tad too long, the head may be slightly bigger than needed, but overall in appearance it works for me. it doesn't scream "out of wack" to me personally.

Among your conceptual pencils pieces, this one's my favorite. You shaded and put textures on it really well that I think it looks better as B & W than colored. :)
